SING IT LOUD: BLACK AND PROUD

TITLE SEQUENCE AND SHOW GRAPHICS

Presented by Maya Jama from Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club, Poppy Ajudha, Ashley Henry, Reuben James, Zara McFarlane and Ayanna Witter-Johnson all took to the world-famous stage to perform their own interpretations of iconic Black protest anthems from Nina Simone, Stevie Wonder, Billie Holiday, Marvin Gaye and James Brown.  Multi-talented saxophonist Soweto Kinch also delivered a rousing rendition of his recent work to complete a joyous evening of sonic
history and monumental music.

Chapter 3 were given the opportunity to create a simple yet striking opening sequence for the show. Archive imagery of the artists gave us an incredible base to work from and we were able to deliver the sequence within a very tight budget and even tighter time frame.
