Olympic sprint legend Michael Johnson sat down with four of Britain’s most celebrated Paralympic champions for an in-depth chat about their lives, careers and aims for Tokyo 2020. Sharing their personal challenges, competitive conditioning and the secrets behind their success, Michael’s guests include swimming icon Ellie Simmonds, Table Tennis star Will Bayley, Sprint and Cycling sensation Kadeena Cox and Wheelchair Racing queen Hannah Cockroft.

As filming occurred during the pandemic, the athlete's were unable to be face to face with Michael. C3G had the creative challenge of bringing the guests and Michael together. By filming the Paralympians in studio environments and placing MJ on a green screen in the USA, we used our skills in After Effects in post production to create the illusion they were in the same room, considering everything from lighting, colour matching and shadow creation. C3G worked closely with Whisper to advise on filming, positioning, lighting to ensure the end result was as realistic as possible.
